INTERNSHIP IN FRANCE AND FRENCH CULINARY WEEK
3rd grade students continue their French culinary week's training for one week with Chef Joseph Viola, who has the title of MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France). These trainings are organized within the scope of the cooperation between the Department of Culinary Arts and Management and the "Les Toques Blanches Lyonnaises" institution in Lyon, which is known as the world's gastronomic capital.
These one-week trainings are held 4 times every year, and students are able to learn the subtleties of the French cuisine and to improve themselves professionally.
Students are also thrilled to be able to practice in Lyon's award-winning restaurants and pastry shops for three months this summer, just like every summer. After the applications and interviews that will take place this week, the eligible students for the internship will be announced soon.
